Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status and confirmation of you're purchase. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mickeysmelts207@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Mickeys melts we offer a 14 day returns policy. This policy includes a refund or exchange within 14  days, if it has been longer than 14 days since the purchase date you are uneligable for a refund or exchange , the item must come in original packaging and unused.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at mickeysmelts207@gmail.com
